Transcripts must be requested via Google Form and paid for through School Pay (Alumni):

• Complete the correct transcript form:
  • Current ORHS students requesting an official transcript be sent to an institution:
    • Complete this form. 
  • If you are an ORHS alumni:
    • Pay for the transcript ($2 fee) using School Pay.
    • Complete this form. 

Transcript requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
