Transcripts Requests
Transcripts must be requested via Google Form and paid for through School Pay (Alumni):
- Complete the correct transcript form:
- If you are currently an ORHS student:
- Complete this form.
- If you are an ORHS alumni:
- Pay for the transcript ($2 fee) using School Pay.
- Complete this form.
- If you are currently an ORHS student:
Transcript requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
