Diploma Replacement Requests

The following are necessary to process your request:

  1. Completed Replacement Request Form (see below)
  2. An official school transcript (you must request this from Oak Ridge HS)
  3. Check or Money Order made out to Herff Jones in the amount of $15.00 for the hard copy or $17.00 for a digital proof.
  4. If requesting a digital copy please note in the comment section of the replacement form that you want a PDF.
  5. If you are requesting the hard copy and a digital copy, your PDF will be free.

Please be aware that the standard production schedule is approximately 6 weeks for the hard copy. Production is 2 to 3 business days for the digital copy that would be emailed to you.
