City Year

City Year April 2021

City Year is an education-focused national service organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service to keep students in school and on track to graduate.

At Oak Ridge High School, a team of 6 City Year AmeriCorps members serve as full-time tutors, mentors, and role models, targeting student performance in the 9th grade – especially in the areas of attendance, behavior, and course performance in English and math.
