Transcript Request

How to Order an Official Transcript

Anyone interested in obtaining student records can do so by faxing the attached request to (407) 852-3230 or mailing a request to Oak Ridge High School.

Information needed to obtain records includes:

  • Present name of student

  • Name while attending school/maiden name (if different than present name)

  • Year last attended

  • Date of Birth

  • Address or fax number where records should be sent

There is a $2.00 charge for all hard copy transcripts for students who have graduated.
